Certification Requirements
To be awarded the Certified Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt, participants must:
• Attend all 8 training days
• Complete the MBB project portfolio (2–3 strategic projects)
• Submit a Transformation Roadmap for their organization
• Successfully defend their capstone in front of the MBB Faculty
• Demonstrate advanced coaching capabilities
• Certification is aligned with international Lean Six Sigma standards and recognized globally.
